Folding Electric Scooter Showdown: URB-E vs Scoot E Bike
Seated folding electric scooters have become the premiere solution to the “last-mile” problem
. And when a solution to a problem arises, the market presents options, which then compete to make the best product for the problem. Two competitors for the "Ultimate Last-Mile Solution" title have gained visibility recently, and we decided to compare them: the Pasadena-built URB-E electric scooter
, and the Ray J-promoted Scoot E Bike
Every URB-E is built by hand in Pasadena, California. The URB-E is built using carbon fiber and aircraft-grade aluminum parts, which reduce weight while assuring durability. Anybody can come visit the URB-E production facility in Pasadena to see where and how each URB-E is built.

), and their website does not detail what materials go into its design.
